Linyi Zhaohua Engine Machinary Co., Ltd. is the biggest professional enterprise specializing in manufacturing cylinder body, which located in the High and New-tech Industrial Development Zone, Linyi Luozhuang, Shandong. It established in 1997, and there are 367 workers and staff, including 43 professional and technical personnel.
The company is composed of three parts, the headquarters, the die-casting factory and the electroplating factory. The headquarters covers an area of 21, 600 square meters, the die-casting factory covers 3, 500 square meters and the electroplating factory covers 2, 000 square meters. In addition, there is 47, 000 square meters reserve land, which will be used for a new die-casting factory. The turnover in 2008 is more than 3, 000, 000 cylinder body and the current annual production capacity is 5, 000, 000 cylinder bodies.
The company has a variety of 300 sets of advanced equipment, including 9 die-casting machines, 19 honing machines, 8 high speed precision boring machines, 12 CNC machine tools and 1 high-tech CNC machining center. The company has a complete quality control system and excellent detection capabilities, and is equipped with a three-coordinate measuring machine, a Vickers hardness tester, a Brinell hardness tester, a Spectrum Analyzer and a dynamometer, etc...In 2006 our company has passed through ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification.
Our company is jointly developed with several OEMs to produce environmental protection cylinder body that reached EPA and Europe II emission standard. Through a long period of scientific research, our company was stratified scavenging technology patents in 2006.
The key technology of cylinder body used within the pore-size chrome-plated adopted Hard Chromium Plating Technology. On this basis, we are still trying our best to improve the fast chromium plating technology. At the same time, we are experimenting with the application of Nickel-based carbide technology (referred to as plating Tao).
